🌍 About Global Edutopia

Whether you’re a parent, a teacher, a lifelong learner, or just someone who loves a good story, Global Edutopia is here to prove that education doesn’t have to be dull, dated, or stuck in the same mold it’s been in for decades.

If you believe learning should be as inspiring as it is informative, you’re in the right place. Contact us today to find out how you can join our growing community of curious minds.

👥 Who We Are

We’re a nonprofit organization based in Hollywood, Florida, dedicated to global storytelling for kids, adults, and everyone in between. We explore how the stories we grow up with—whether fairy tales, myths, or the adventures of real heroes—shape the way we see the world.

For children, we offer educational stories and superhero activities that make learning geography, culture, and history feel like a grand adventure.

For students and adults, we dig deeper, comparing myths and folktales across cultures to understand the values, fears, and dreams that shaped them. It’s learning through storytelling with both wonder and wisdom.

📚 What We Do

We believe a good story can do more than entertain—it can teach, inspire, and build bridges between people. That’s why our projects cover:

  • Mythology and folktales for children that blend fantasy with facts.
  • Real hero stories for students, spotlighting figures whose courage and creativity changed the world.
  • Story-based learning that connects classroom lessons to cultural narratives.

We don’t just share stories—we analyze them, transform them, play with them, and adapt them. Through original books, illustrations, videos, and upcoming animated series, our founder and storyteller, Fereydoun Kian, crafts tales that travel across continents and centuries.

From a little girl flying with a talking cloud to a young African prodigy making music under the sea, these adventures are designed to spark curiosity and empathy.

💡 Why We Do It

Too many educational systems treat learning like a checklist instead of a journey. Students are too often turned into “just another brick in the wall” when they should be explorers, creators, and thinkers.

At Global Edutopia, we turn that wall into a door, and behind it is a library of worlds waiting to be discovered. We believe that learning is far more rewarding when you’re having fun, and who doesn’t like listening to a really good story? Learning through storytelling is part of the human condition, and at Global Edutopia, we want to make that even more accessible.

🤝 Join the Story

At Global Edutopia, we believe the strongest communities are built on cooperation. We welcome donations, volunteer work, feedback, and contributions—whether it’s an article, artwork, or your own family story. Every voice adds to the global chorus.

So if you believe in education through folktales, if you want to help create a world where imagination and insight walk hand-in-hand, let’s talk.

❓ FAQs

📖Do you only work with children’s stories?

No. While we love creating educational storytelling for adults and children alike, our focus is on the connection between them; how the stories we hear as kids evolve into the narratives we use as adults to explain the world.

🎨How can I contribute my own story or artwork?

We welcome creative submissions, but we like to start with a conversation. Reach out through our contact form or social media to share your idea, and we’ll let you know how it can fit into our projects.

🧙Who chooses the stories you feature?

That would be Fereydoun Kian, a lifelong storyteller with a knack for finding the characters history leaves in the shadows. He chooses stories that do two things: teach you something new and make you feel it.

🌐Why do you mix folklore, mythology, and real history?

Because the world’s best “lessons” don’t always come from a chalkboard. Myths tell us what a culture values. Folktales reveal how people explain the unexplainable. Real heroes show us what bravery actually looks like. The world is brimming with stories to tell and lessons to learn—you just have to listen.

💵How is Global Edutopia funded?

We’re a nonprofit sustained by donations, community support, and the occasional sale of our books or art. 100% of funds go toward creating and sharing stories that inspire learning worldwide.
